Paper Manager
supports operators in managing paper warehouse, tracking history of each single reel (origin, weight, quality, defects, etc.) from the moment it enters the plant to the moment it is used in the printing process.

Job Builder
Defines technical characteristics of each printing job and each activity within it (covers’ and shelf mark printing, binding, delivery, etc.) automatically calculating needs of paper and raw material so that the procurement office is constantly informed about production needs and material usage.

Job Scheduler
Supports the work load scheduling of each unit (pre-press, press, binding shop, etc.) taking into account company timesheet, equipment set-up times, plant shutdown times and sequence bonds between activities so that the user can distribute workloads in an homogenous manner along time scale. Scheduling results are shown in an interactive Gantt diagram: this facilitates the identification of possible critical points in the production plan.

Distribution Manager
This module supports the management of editorial products distribution. It follow all the activities needed to define:
1. number of copies printed and sold (circulation) of each edition
2. assignment of the number of copies to be printed for each printing plant
3. the distribution list of products towards distributors
The module automatically gets returned copies data from INFORETE (the Italy-wide EDI specialised for the management of these information), analyses distribution results and, comparing them with data of previous periods, drafts possible distribution lists that operators can tune according to their professional experience.
